Atlantic Comics 1985
This Atlantic Comics is not the first Atlantic Comics.
There was a small company called Atlantic Comics in 1985. Out of Danville Virginia. The logo above is a recreation of their logo.
The partners in that Atlantic Comics were main writer William Anderson and main artist Frederick Cooper. They, along with a few others, did everything at that Atlantic Comics.
They put out one title: Max of the Regulators. Sort of Judge Dredd but with a more humorous bent.
The four issues they put out are available, for not much more than the original cover price, on the net.
Frederick Cooper is now an artist, focusing, mostly, on movie monster art. You can see his art on the net at: Frederick Cooper Arts
